Misty River —
Audiences are simply captivated by Misty River,
an all-female quartet (two of whom are mother and daughter),
who support their beautiful vocal blend
with guitars, bass, fiddle, accordion and clawhammer style banjo.
They perform masterful arrangements of a wide variety of Americana music,
including favorites from folk, country, bluegrass and Celtic roots,
seamlessly incorporating haunting ballads and award-winning original songs.
From humble "open mic" beginnings in Eugene, Oregon,
to representing the USA at Shanghai International Music Festival in China,
Misty River's popularity continues to expand.
And the river keeps rolling as rivers do, touching people at each stop along the way.
